- Sid does not charge to view the contents of Sid's List.
- Any adult service provider or escort agency can advertise for free.
- We do not accept free listings for porn, phone sex or dating sites.

- We reserve the right to refuse any ad.
- Please do not whine about free speech if your ad is rejected. There is no free speech guarantee on a privately owned site.
- Do not show nudity in any of your free ads.
- SidsList.com prohibits posting of images that are pornographic or which depict a human being engaged in actual sexual conduct including but not limited to (i) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex, or (ii) bestiality, or (iii) masturbation, or (iv) sadistic or masochistic abuse, or (v) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person. In accordance with title 18 U.S.C. 2257, every "Producer" of certain "sexually explicit content" must keep records proving the people portrayed in photos or videos are over the age of 18. Producers of sexually explicit content who don't comply face federal prison terms of up to 5 years for the first offense and up to 10 years for the second offense. SidsList.com prohibits the posting of sexually explicit content.
- Your privacy is protected. Sid is not a rat, however, anything even remotely related to any form of child exploitation will be removed and reported to the proper authorities. Sid believes that there should be the death penalty (or at least lots of jail time) for any one who abuses a child.
- Sid also believes that the insurance companies that are not paying up on Katrina damage should have their executives tarred and feathered.
- Sid will comply with any subpoena or warrant.
